  • Standard visits: 24‑hour notice required

  • Major projects: 72‑hour notice required
    Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

If a service concern arises, clients must notify us within 24 hours so we may address it promptly.

For quality control, we may document completed work using non‑identifying photos unless restricted by the client.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.
